How Long Do I Have To Make A Return?
You have a maximum of 30 days from the date of your purchase to make a return. Your return package must be postmarked within 30 days after the purchase date. Returns postmarked after 30 days from the purchase date will not be accepted.
Can I Still Return Items If They Are Worn, Damaged, Or Have The Tags Removed?
1. You can only return items that are unworn, unwashed, undamaged, have the original tags attached and hygiene sticker (if applicable) intact.
2. The following items cannot be returned or exchanged: bodysuits, lingerie, underwear, jewelry, accessories, cosmetics, pet products, and any other items for which return or exchange is noted as not being supported.
3. Free gifts cannot be returned or exchanged.
Return And Exchange PolicyReturnable or exchangeable:
1. Improper size.
2. The goods were found defective or damaged when the package was opened. For example, I found the zipper was broken when I didn't try it on.
3. Merchant sends wrong goods.
If it is because of quality problems, inappropriate size, etc., it needs to be returned or exchanged. The item needs to be sent back to the place of origin. The specific return address can be obtained by contacting our email. We will reply within 24 hours.

2.We do not have return labels and do not cover shipping costs.
Full Refunds will be processed within 3 working days after we receive your return package. The refund will be issued to the original payment method.
ExchangeWe will exchange the goods for you within 3 working days after receiving your return package.
